Terms and Conditions for Arely’s Cleaning Specialist

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of cleaning services (“Services”) provided by Arely’s Cleaning Specialist to you, the client (“you” or “Client”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer professional residential and commercial cleaning services including but not limited to:

• Residential Cleaning
• Office maintenance/ cleaning

• Regular and deep cleaning

• Move-in/move-out cleaning

Custom services may be available upon request and agreement.

2. Booking and Scheduling

• All appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, email, or our website.

• Minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Recurring services can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Prices are based on service type, frequency, and property size.

• Additional charges may apply for extra services or excessive mess.

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept [Cash, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, etc.].

Late payments may incur a fee after 30 days.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 10 % cancellation fee.

• No refunds will be issued for completed services unless a valid complaint is made within 24 hours.

• Refunds or re-cleans are at our sole discretion.

5. Client Obligations

• Ensure safe and clear access to the premises.

• Secure any pets, valuables, or fragile items.

• Notify us of any special instructions or known risks/hazards.

6. Liability

• We are fully insured; however, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage due to faulty fixtures or improper installation

Clients must report any issues within 24 hours of service.

7. Health and Safety

• We follow all applicable health and safety protocols.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary.

8. Privacy Policy

• Client information is confidential and used solely for service provision and communication.

• We do not share or sell client data to third parties.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate ongoing services with written notice.

• We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of California, USA.
